Northern lights at Kirkenes, Norway

After dinner tonight, the owners at Sollia Guesthouse invited us out to the deck of the restaurant to see the northern lights.

Its our last night in Norway, a bit sad as Norway has been so amazing.  Perfect night to end this part of the journey as the Guesthouse restaurant served a very tasty roasted reindeer with gravy and fried potatoes, and then for dessert chocolate brownies and ice cream.

The northern lights tonight were clearly visible as this was the first night since Iceland without clouds.  Fortunately we were able to get some nice photos.  Here's a few, more at the Flickr site.
