Thanksgiving, Beijing style

Had dinner tonight at Quafong Duck Restaurant, and celebrated Thanksgiving with a Peking duck, assorted side dishes, beer and tea. A tryptophantastic meal!

Best dish was the roasted and stir fried duck hearts with leeks and cilantro. Basically, Chinese carnitas al carbon.
