Spending a few hours in London

We're here in London just for a short time. Fortunately, the hotel is located a short walk from Hyde Park. So, instead of trying to tackle large parts of the city, we spent most if the time checking out the park gardens.

Plus, we've saved miscellaneous change and bills left from the last trip abroad. Prior to leaving, we gathered it all up--quick cash for subways and taxis without having to change money so often. Except, much of the coinage in the UK has changed, and old coins are no longer honored. So, think we got a free taxi yesterday, and a strange look at the tip we left for lunch.
